Payment is due upon completion for each service. Preferable payment is a personal check or cash. 

Our pricing is completely individualized. With more than 20 years’ experience we have learned that every home is as unique as the people living there. 

We base our pricing on many factors, general size of home, number of bathrooms and bedrooms, floors, lifestyle, and activity within the home, number of adults, children and pets, client expectations, custom cleaning requirements, and frequency of clean: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or occasional. We work hard to provide you with the cleanest, freshest, and healthiest home/office possible. Because customer satisfaction is our company’s most important principal and absolutely critical to achieve our goal, our company backs all housecleaning and housekeeper’s service work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. 

However, miscommunications can occur, on both ends and mistakes can be made, and we will work together to correct immediately. If for any reason you are unhappy with an area of your home/office we’ve cleaned, just give us a call within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean that area to your satisfaction. Our strategy is to establish a long term relationships with all of our customers

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the work we perform so we welcome feedback and comments to help us build on our home and office cleaning services.

On occasion, we may need to replace a scheduled housekeeper due to some uncontrollable situation. 

We maintain our schedule based on scheduled time and day. 

We have to keep a schedule based on time and days to meet all customer needs. 

However, we will work together to accommodate your cleaning needs.

Our housekeepers work independently and no one needs to be present. Arrangements can be made for accessing your home/office during the scheduling service.

When we meet for the free estimate, arrangements can be made to accessing your home/office. 

We will furnish the supplies as listed. If you have specific types of cleaners that you use, then we will use your cleaners. It’s your home and we’ll clean it your way.

The customer should have available trash bags or any other speciality cleaning items they may use, such as toilet papers and papers towels.  

We will call to reschedule your housecleaning/office cleaning when the holiday falls on one of the major holidays, (New Years, Christmas, Independence Day, Memorial Day,  Labor Day and Thanksgiving), 

We will also, call you if weather conditions are bad, due to snow and icy roads. For safety of our housekeepers,  we do not send them out in incumbent weather conditions.

To help make the cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, dirty dishes and other household items prior to our visit.

Our goal is to provide quality house/office cleaning services in a timely and professional manner to all of our customers. In order to do so, we have had to implement a cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better serve our customers.

A $50.00 late cancellation charge will apply for all late cancellations. “Lock Outs” or if you have not provided a key/code, both are considered a late cancellation and would result in a $50.00 charge.

We understand that life does not always go as planned. However, if it is necessary to cancel/postpone any already scheduled cleaning, Crystal Clear Cleaning Service requires a 24 hour notice from the business day prior to your scheduled cleaning for all cancellations. This will allow ample time to make necessary adjustments to our daily schedule. Crystal Clear Cleaning Service housekeepers rely on regularly scheduled jobs to pay their bills. If you need to cancel your scheduled cleaning, please call Crystal Clear Cleaning Service at 540-229-4330 or email us at least 24 hours in advance, since we turn away other clients to hold your scheduled cleaning. Please reschedule your cleaning services within the same week
